The apology of Danish newspaper responsible for humiliating & playing with millions of Muslims feelings, published extensively & with prominence in many Arab & some Pakistani newspapers. Although there were no traces of regret in this so called apology yet its propagation by the print media indicates the visible hands of govt, which is afraid of growing reaction of public. If it’s right then it comes in the paradigm of coalition with the offenders of prophet & is pitiable.

According to a news agency the editor of Danish newspaper abstain himself from this mater & apologized for hurting the feelings of millions of Muslims. He argued that the caricatures were not printed to hurt Muslims & they respect every individual. There is freedom of expression & religion in Denmark. Some misconceptions have crop up   from the publication of these caricatures & it was not done deliberately.

This so called apology is disproving it self & OIC has rejected it. This apology is not new as is mentioned in some newspapers, & is available on internet from at least one month. But irrespective of this editor has done blunders in it. It is worth mentioning that in his comments about the freedom of expression in Denmark, the same newspaper rejected to print the cartoons on Christ for the can hurt the feelings of Christians.

The editor of that mean newspaper said in his apology that we are apologizing for the consequences of these caricatures. We are sorry for being misunderstood. We were not target oriented. Now where is apology on printing the caricatures?

Unfortunately there are some in our own country who are advocating these sacrilegious agents. Any way OIC has step towards a right direction by rejecting this apology.
